About
Elizabeth Makris is a songwriter from Baltimore, Maryland, currently making her way into the Nashville scene. She got her undergraduate degree from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, after which she moved to Norway to attend the nine-month intensive songwriting program at the Lillehammer Institute of Music Production and Industries (LIMPI). Under the mentorship of some of today's top hitmakers, she is quickly building a catalog marked by her thoughtful and fun songwriting, with three major label cuts in less than a year of sessions. In her free time, she brews herself fresh coffee using unnecessarily complicated processes, writes essays, and reads more novels than perhaps a person should.
